Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter lately across different forums and even some whispered conversations at work about potential layoffs at Ecolab. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but the general feeling of unease is palpable. Has anyone heard anything more specific? Is this just the general economic downturn hitting everyone, or is there something more specific brewing at Ecolab? I'm in [Department/Division, e.g., R&D, Sales] and we've had some recent reorganizations that felt like they could be a precursor, but that could just be my paranoia kicking in. I've also picked up on some of the same whispers. It's tough to say if it's widespread or just contained to certain areas. The market's definitely been volatile, and companies are making adjustments. I'm in supply chain, and we've seen some shifts too, but nothing that screams 'mass layoffs' yet. Hoping it's more about strategic realignments than outright cuts.
