Anyone else feel the tension in the air lately?

Been with Edwards for a few years now, and I've always felt like we had a pretty solid culture. Lately though, it feels different. People are a lot more quiet in meetings, not a lot of the usual brainstorming sessions happening. I've also noticed a few more people updating their LinkedIn profiles recently, which is usually a bit of a canary in the coal mine for me. Management's been pretty tight-lipped about anything major, but the general vibe is just... uneasy. Is it just me, or is anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if there are whispers about restructuring or budget cuts that aren't being shared openly. Just trying to get a pulse on things from others who might be seeing the same signs. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've definitely noticed a shift too. It's like the usual buzz has been dialed down a notch. Less spontaneous collaboration, more heads down. I initially chalked it up to a busy quarter, but the LinkedIn activity is a good point – saw a few of those too. Hopefully, it's just a temporary lull and not a sign of bigger changes on the horizon. Just wish there was a bit more transparency to ease the minds.

Not just you. The energy feels different, for sure. Meetings are more formal, and the creative spark seems dimmer. I'm hoping it's a passing phase, but it's hard to ignore the subtle signs. It's always unnerving when things feel uncertain, and the quiet from leadership isn't helping. Let's hope we get some clarity soon about what's going on.
