Anyone else feeling the chill at Edwards?

Been here a few years, and usually things feel pretty stable, even if there are bumps. But lately, the vibe has been… off. The usual buzz in the hallways seems quieter, and people are a bit more tight-lipped. Saw a few project timelines get pushed back without much explanation, and some teams are suddenly super lean. It's probably nothing, but with everything else going on in the MedTech space, my Spidey senses are tingling. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar signals, or if I'm just overthinking things. Has anyone heard any official word or even strong rumors about restructuring or anything on the horizon? Trying to stay positive, but the uncertainty is gnawing at me.

I've been on the fence about joining Edwards, and this post definitely adds some food for thought. The MedTech sector is notoriously volatile, and hearing about internal shifts like delayed timelines and team restructuring, even if explained away, is concerning. I'd be keen to hear if this is a widespread feeling or isolated incidents. Trying to get a clear picture before making any career decisions.

Echoing the sentiment here. It's subtle, but there's a definite shift in atmosphere. Conversations feel more guarded, and there's an undercurrent of uncertainty that wasn't present even six months ago. While I understand the need for strategic adjustments, the lack of transparency around project changes is a bit unsettling. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and not a sign of larger issues brewing.
