Anyone else feeling the slowdown at Edwards?

Hey everyone, been at Edwards for a few years now in R&D. Lately, things have felt... different. My team's been told to 'prioritize' a lot, which usually means putting new projects on the back burner. We've also seen a few open requisitions for roles that have been sitting there for months, and some internal transfers seem to be taking longer than usual. No official word on layoffs or hiring freezes, but the vibe is definitely more cautious. Anyone else in different departments experiencing something similar? Just trying to gauge if this is an Edwards-specific thing or a broader industry trend.

I've noticed similar patterns in my department over the past few months. There's a definite shift towards really scrutinizing every expense and requirement before moving forward.
