Seeing a lot of internal postings for different roles, almost like they're trying to move people around rather than bring new talent in. And the hiring managers I've spoken to are all saying the same thing: 'budget approvals are taking longer than usual' or 'we're on hold for now.' It's starting to feel a little unsettling. Not hearing any official layoff news, which is good, but the slowdown in hiring and the internal reshuffling feels like a precursor. Anyone in a different department experiencing this? Or maybe in R&D/Sales/Marketing specifically? Just trying to get a sense of the landscape across the company.
