Seriously, is anyone else just exhausted by this? Another layoff at EA, and it feels like we're just going through the motions now. Mashable is reporting another cut, and honestly, it's not even shocking anymore. I feel for everyone affected, truly. It's gut-wrenching to see people lose their jobs, especially when it feels like a recurring theme at this company. They talk about 'growth' and 'fandom' but then... layoffs. For the third year running. What does that even mean? Are we supposed to believe this is a sustainable business model? Seems more like constant churn and burn. I'm starting to wonder what the long-term stability looks like here. Anyone have any insights or just want to commiserate?
