Severance package details - anyone got the full scoop yet?

Hey all, just saw the news about the recent cuts. Brutal. I'm still waiting to hear back directly from HR about my specific package, but my manager seemed pretty cagey when I asked. Is anyone on the Vancouver studio side, or maybe in QA/live services, who's been impacted able to share what they've been offered? Trying to get a baseline on what's standard for notice, pay in lieu, stock vesting, outplacement services, etc. It's hard to focus on anything else right now, and I want to make sure I'm not leaving anything on the table or getting lowballed. Any info would be super appreciated as we navigate this.

Hey, I can't share specifics about my package unfortunately, but I can say that the notice period seems to be fairly standard across the board based on tenure. The stock vesting is where things get a bit more complex, and it definitely seems to vary if you're within a certain window of a cliff or refresh. For outplacement, they're using a pretty well-known third-party service, which is at least something. Hang in there, hope you get clarity soon.

I'm in a similar boat, waiting for the official word from HR. My manager was also super evasive. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high about the severance, given how these things usually go, but I'm definitely hoping for a decent payout, especially with how much I've poured into this place. Just want to be prepared for what's next. Anyone in other studios getting similar vibes?
