Update your LinkedIn too, recruiters are all over that. As for interviews, be ready to talk about specific projects you've worked on, your role, and the challenges you faced. Four years is a good run. Honestly, "underperforming" is like EA's middle name. Restructuring is probably always on the table. But jumping ship *right* before a potential severance package hits might not be the wisest financial decision. Weigh your options. Maybe quietly coast, polish that portfolio, and see what happens.
