Hey everyone, posting anonymously here because things feel a bit tense at Lilly lately. Haven't seen any official announcements or heard concrete rumors, but there's definitely a weird vibe. Some teams seem to be getting restructured, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in some project timelines. I've been here for a while and this feels different than the usual performance tweaks. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on the same signals or has any insights? Is it just me being paranoid, or is there something brewing on the horizon? Trying not to panic, but the uncertainty is getting to me. Would appreciate any thoughts or similar experiences.

I've noticed some similar things in my department. There's a feeling of uncertainty, and while nothing concrete has been said, the quiet reassessment of resources and project priorities is hard to ignore. It's creating a bit of anxiety, for sure. Hope it's just a strategic shift and not something more serious, but the current atmosphere is definitely making people nervous about what might come next. Just trying to focus on my work and stay informed as much as possible.
