Eli Lilly - Anyone else seeing projects get pushed or delayed?

Hey everyone, Been at Lilly for a few years now, and lately things feel... different. A lot of projects I was involved in, or heard about from other departments, seem to be getting pushed back, sometimes indefinitely. It's not just one or two; it's starting to feel like a pattern. Budgets seem tighter too, with approvals taking longer for even basic things. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if it's just my team/area? Feels like a hiring freeze might be in effect or at least a significant slowdown. Not hearing direct layoff talk, but the project delays and general caution are definitely making me a bit nervous about what's coming down the pipeline. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar things or if it's just the usual end-of-year crunch magnified. Let me know what you're seeing.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift. Resources feel more constrained, and timelines are getting stretched. It's making strategic planning a bit of a headache, honestly. I can confirm similar experiences across different functions. There's a definite sense of caution, and project prioritization seems to be more rigorous than before. What used to be a relatively straightforward approval process now involves more scrutiny. It's impacting our ability to innovate at the pace we're accustomed to.
