Hiring freezes at Lilly? Or just slow down?

Been seeing a lot of requisitions for my department go dark recently. Some were posted for a while, and then just disappeared without explanation. Also, a couple of roles that were supposed to open up next quarter seem to be on indefinite hold. Is anyone else in recruiting or hiring manager roles at Lilly experiencing a similar situation? Trying to figure out if it's a formal hiring freeze or just a general slowdown across the board. If anyone has insights into the official stance or any internal communication about hiring plans, would appreciate any info. Feels like a shift from the growth phase we've been in.

Yeah, I've noticed some similar things anecdotally. Roles in my team that were expected to be filled by year-end seem to have quietly been pushed back, and some job postings I was watching have vanished. It's hard to get a clear picture from management whether it's a deliberate pause or just the natural ebb and flow of a large company's hiring needs, especially with the current economic climate. Definitely adds a layer of uncertainty to planning.
