Yeah, I saw some of those announcements too. Seems like a lot of movement. I'm less concerned about strategic shifts and more curious about who's filling these new roles. Are they bringing in outside talent or promoting from within? The latter can be a great sign of internal development, but sometimes you need fresh eyes from outside to shake things up. Time will tell if it impacts day-to-day operations or just the C-suite view.
