Emerson - What's the real scoop?

Been with Emerson for a while now, and usually things are pretty stable, especially in the core industrial divisions. Lately though, there's been this background hum of "adjustments" and "realignments." No official layoff announcements, which is good, but the sheer amount of internal shuffling and the quiet departures are making people nervous. Heard from a former colleague that things are tightening up significantly in some of the newer tech integration areas. Curious if anyone has concrete info or has seen specific teams impacted within Emerson Electric? Is this a precursor to something bigger, or just standard end-of-year housekeeping?
