Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter on here about Emerson Industrials and wanted to add my two cents. Workload seems to be ramping up in my area, and honestly, it feels like we're being stretched pretty thin. No major alarms, but it's definitely noticeable. Performance seems to be the focus lately, with a lot of emphasis on metrics and hitting targets. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if certain divisions are bearing the brunt more than others. Anyone else in Industrials experiencing this?
