Emerson Industrials - Anyone else seeing a slowdown?

Been at Emerson Industrials for a few years now and things have felt a bit different lately. My team's workload has definitely dipped, and we're not seeing the same level of new projects coming down the pipeline as we did even six months ago. There's a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations,' which usually sets off alarm bells for me. Has anyone else experienced a noticeable slowdown in their department or projects? It's not just my perception, as a few colleagues in different areas have mentioned similar feelings. Wondering if this is a precursor to something bigger or just a natural market correction for certain segments. Trying to stay positive, but the lack of clarity is a bit unnerving. Any insights from other parts of the Industrial segment would be helpful.
