Lately, it feels like the pressure is really on in my team within Emerson Industrials. Deadlines are getting tighter, expectations seem higher, and there's a general sense of urgency that wasn't there a few months ago. I'm wondering if this is a broader trend across the division or if it's specific to my department. Are others experiencing similar things? Are there new strategic initiatives or challenges we're not fully aware of that are driving this? Trying to understand if this is a precursor to anything... significant. I've definitely noticed a shift in pace too. It feels like the company is pushing for more aggressive targets across the board. There's a lot of talk about optimizing efficiency and driving growth, which I guess translates into higher expectations for all of us. Hopefully, it's a temporary push to meet some short-term goals and not the new normal.
