Emerson Industrials - Layoff rumors swirling?

Lately, the whispers around the office have been getting louder about potential layoffs at Emerson Industrials. Nothing official, of course, but you can feel the tension. People are hesitant to talk openly, but you catch snippets in the breakroom or during late-night emails. Some departments seem to be hiring while others are conspicuously quiet or even subtly pushing people out with 'performance improvement plans'. It's creating a lot of anxiety.
