Emerson Industrials: Anyone else noticing increased workload/stress?

Hey folks, been with Emerson Industrials for a few years now and lately, it feels like things are ramping up in a way that's... not sustainable. My team is swamped, deadlines seem tighter, and there's a general air of 'do more with less' that's getting to me. I haven't heard any official word about layoffs, and my direct manager is being super cagey, just saying we need to 'focus on efficiency.' But the constant pressure and the fact that we're seemingly being asked to achieve more with fewer resources is making me wonder if this is a precursor to something bigger. Are others experiencing this? Is it just my department or a broader trend at Emerson Industrials? Trying to gauge if I should be updating the resume, or if this is just the normal churn of the industry. Any insights would be appreciated.
