Anyone else bracing for potential cuts at Entergy?

Been with Entergy for a few years now, and while there hasn't been any official announcement, I can't shake the feeling that something's coming. We've had a few 'organizational reviews' recently, and the language used in internal comms feels like it's softening us up for bad news. Performance metrics seem to be under a microscope, and there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations' – classic buzzwords, right? I've seen this pattern before at other companies, and it usually precedes some sort of workforce reduction. Just wondering if anyone else is feeling this way or has heard any whispers through the grapevine. Trying to prepare myself mentally and professionally if the worst happens. What's the general outlook in your divisions?

That's a familiar feeling. The emphasis on 'streamlining' and 'performance metrics' definitely rings some bells.
