Hey everyone, been with Entergy for a few years now and lately, the atmosphere feels... off. I'm not talking about any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite undercurrent of unease. My department has had a few positions go unfilled for longer than usual, and it feels like there's a general slowdown in new projects or at least in the funding for them. Managers are being a bit cagey when asked about future plans or headcount. Anyone else in a different division picking up on similar vibes? Is it just my team, or is there a broader trend of belt-tightening happening that we're not being told about directly?
