Feeling the uncertainty at Entergy - what's going on?

Hey everyone, been at Entergy for a few years now and lately the vibe feels… off. There's a lot of quiet chatter in the break rooms and on Teams about possible reorganizations or 'efficiency improvements.' No official word, obviously, but the lack of clear communication is making people anxious. Are others picking up on this? Is it just my department, or is this a company-wide thing? I'm trying not to panic, but it's hard when you hear whispers and see hiring freezes in some areas. Just looking for some honest takes from others in the trenches. Trying to figure out if I should be updating the resume or if this is just noise. Anyone have any insights or experiences from similar situations in the past at Entergy or other utilities?

I've definitely noticed a similar unease circulating. It feels like there's a general sense of waiting for the other shoe to drop. While I appreciate the need for strategic adjustments, the silence is deafening. It breeds speculation and impacts morale more than any concrete change might. Yeah, the atmosphere has been tense. It's tough to focus on daily tasks when there's so much uncertainty hanging in the air.
