Thoughts on Entergy's recent hiring freeze?

Has anyone else noticed that new requisitions seem to be getting shelved or taking forever to get approved at Entergy? My team was looking to bring on a couple of new folks, and it's like the doors have slammed shut. HR seems to be playing it close to the chest, saying things are "under review." This feels like a classic precursor to something bigger, even if nothing's been announced. It's making it really hard to plan projects and manage workloads effectively when you can't bring in the necessary talent. Curious if this is a widespread thing across the company or if it's just specific business units.
