I've definitely felt the pressure to perform lately. While the company's financial results have been good, it feels like that success comes with an expectation for more, and it's definitely wearing on people. The uncertainty about the future is also a major stressor. Every time there's a hint of 'efficiency drives,' people start worrying about their jobs. It would be great to have more clarity, even if the news isn't always positive. Open communication would go a long way in easing some of this anxiety.

Totally agree about the morale dip. It feels like a lot of extra work is being piled on without a corresponding increase in resources or support. The 'murmurs' you mentioned are definitely circulating, and the lack of concrete information is making it hard for folks to plan or feel secure. We're delivering results, so it's frustrating to feel like we're constantly on edge about potential changes that could impact our livelihoods.
