Anyone else caught in the RE reduction cycle?

It’s been a rough week. I was one of the folks impacted by the latest round in the Real Estate group. I’ve been here for a few years, and honestly, the culture has shifted so much since the start of the year. I kept hearing rumors about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining assets,' but when the calendar invite popped up on Friday, I knew exactly what it was. For those of us left waiting or looking for the next move, just know you aren't alone. The severance package is standard for now, but the uncertainty in this department is exhausting. I’m currently updating my LinkedIn and trying to figure out which competitors are actually hiring versus just posting jobs for optics.
