Is anyone else feeling the pressure at Equinix?

Been at Equinix for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels...off. Not hearing any concrete layoff news, but there's a definite increase in high-level meetings, 'efficiency drives,' and a lot more scrutiny on team budgets. My direct manager is being cagey when asked about the future, just saying 'adapting to market conditions.' It's making people anxious. I've seen a few good people quietly update their LinkedIn profiles in recent weeks, which usually isn't a big deal, but it's happening more frequently. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious if it's just my department or a broader company trend. Feels like we're on the cusp of something, but nobody knows what.
