Is it just me, or is the frequency of these 'adjustments' picking up speed? It feels like every quarter we’re holding our breath for another round of notifications. I saw the WARN notice go through for the December 6th date, and it’s hitting home how much the RE strategy is shifting. I know they talk a big game about long-term growth and capital allocation, but the human cost of these rapid pivots is getting hard to ignore. Management keeps telling us it’s 'portfolio optimization' to satisfy investors, but it feels like they’re just trimming the fat to make the balance sheet look pretty for the end of the fiscal year. Does anyone actually believe we’re done for the year, or is this just the start of a multi-phase exit strategy for certain regions? I’m exhausted by the constant fear of the next 'all-hands' meeting. Just looking for a straight answer from someone who actually knows what the roadmap looks like for 2025.

It’s exhausting watching the terminology shift from 'growth' to 'optimization' while the hallways get quieter every few months. At this point, the term 'long-term' feels like a complete joke because no one here has any sense of job security beyond the next quarterly report. They talk about capital allocation like we’re just numbers on a spreadsheet, completely ignoring the institutional knowledge walking out the door. It’s hard to stay motivated when you’re constantly looking over your shoulder wondering if your department is next on the chopping block for the sake of the stock price.

The frustration is definitely mounting across the board. Every time a new notice drops, leadership hides behind corporate jargon about 'strategic alignment' and 'operational efficiency,' but it never addresses the toll it takes on the people who actually keep the lights on. We used to believe in the stability of this company, but now it feels like a revolving door. If they keep pivoting this aggressively, they’re going to hollow out the company to the point where the actual operations suffer. It’s unsustainable, and honestly, the morale is already at rock bottom.
