Thoughts on current market impacting Equinix?

Given the broader tech and real estate market turbulence, I'm starting to wonder about the long-term stability here at Equinix. We're in a unique position as a data center REIT, which usually offers some insulation, but even we aren't immune. The cost of capital is up, and while demand for data centers is strong, are we seeing slowdowns in new builds or expansion projects that could trickle down? I haven't heard any layoff rumors directly, but the economic climate feels like it's forcing a lot of companies to re-evaluate their headcount and strategic priorities. How are others interpreting the current landscape and its potential impact on our roles here?

It's a valid concern. While data center demand remains robust, the increased cost of borrowing definitely adds headwinds. We haven't seen major project delays yet, but I'm watching inventory levels and new construction permits very closely. The real estate aspect is interesting; typically a safe haven, but this environment is testing all asset classes. Fingers crossed it doesn't impact our operational budgets or hiring plans down the line.
