Hey everyone, been with EL for a few years now, and lately, there's just this underlying hum of uncertainty. No official word on anything, but the whispers are getting louder. Seems like budgets are tighter, projects are getting paused or scaled back, and people are definitely holding their breath. My team hasn't seen any cuts, but the workload feels like it's redistributed with fewer hands. Just wondering if others in different departments or at other EL brands are experiencing something similar? Is it just the general economic climate, or is there something specific brewing within EL? Trying not to spiral, but the quiet anxiety is palpable. Anyone have any insights or even just a gut feeling they'd be willing to share?

I've noticed a similar atmosphere across my team lately. It feels like there's a general sense of being more cautious with spending and resource allocation. While we haven't had direct impacts on staffing, the pressure to do more with less is definitely palpable. It's created a bit of a tense environment where everyone is trying to be extra efficient, but it also leads to a lot of second-guessing before projects move forward.

Yeah, the 'hum of uncertainty' is a good way to put it. I'm in a different brand within EL, and we're definitely feeling the pinch too. Approvals for even small initiatives are taking longer, and there's a lot more scrutiny on ROI. It's making it harder to get things off the ground, and honestly, it’s starting to affect morale. We're all hoping for some clarity soon, but for now, it feels like we're navigating through fog.
