EL - Anyone else feeling the budget crunch lately?

Just wanted to see if others are feeling the pinch on the budget side of things at Estee Lauder. My department's travel budget got slashed, training opportunities are on hold, and even small project expenses are getting scrutinized more than usual. It feels like a pretty stark contrast to how things were even six months ago. It’s making planning ahead really difficult. Is this a company-wide cost-saving measure or are certain areas just being hit harder? Curious to hear if anyone has heard anything concrete or if it's just the general economic climate impacting us. Trying to stay optimistic but it's hard when you see these kinds of restrictions.

Yes, absolutely feeling the pinch here too. My team's been told to hold off on any non-essential spending, which has meant rethinking some of our planned initiatives. It's definitely a shift from the previous year, and makes it harder to stay agile. Hoping it's a temporary situation, but it's definitely impacting morale and our ability to innovate freely. Anyone have any intel on the long-term outlook or if this is a broader trend impacting other brands within EL?
