Seeing a lot of posts about the broader industry and thought I'd check in specifically with EL folks. While there haven't been official announcements or any direct news from HR, the general market conditions and whispers in the wind are starting to make me feel a bit uneasy. Have you noticed any hiring freezes that weren't explicitly communicated? Are projects being shelved or delayed without clear explanations? It feels like the kind of environment where things *could* happen, even if they haven't yet. Just want to see if others are feeling this sense of anticipation, or if it's just my own anxiety amplified.
