Just curious if anyone else at Estee Lauder is feeling a bit uneasy after the holiday season push? Usually, there's a bit of a breather, but this year it feels different. We're seeing a lot more 're-evaluation' of roles and responsibilities, and some long-standing projects seem to be on thin ice. My manager's been pretty tight-lipped, just saying we need to 'stay focused and deliver results.' It's the usual corporate speak, but the underlying tension is palpable. Heard whispers about some restructuring talks in certain divisions, but nothing concrete. It's making the day-to-day a bit stressful, wondering if my role is secure or if changes are coming down the pipeline. Anyone else picking up on this or have any insights?
