Estee Lauder - Anyone else seeing weird team reorganizations?

Hey all, been working at EL for a few years now and lately things feel…off. My team just had a pretty significant reorg, not like the usual shuffling. Some long-time folks are suddenly reporting to people they never worked with before, and a couple of senior roles have been eliminated with responsibilities just absorbed. It feels like they're trying to consolidate or cut costs without making a big splash. Anyone else experiencing similar shifts in their departments or hearing any whispers about what’s going on? Trying to gauge if this is an EL-wide thing or just my specific division. Not trying to spread panic, just trying to understand the landscape. The uncertainty is kind of getting to me.

Totally. My department had a smaller shake-up last month, and it felt like a domino effect. Some positions were restructured in ways that didn't make much sense from an operational standpoint. There's definitely a buzz about cost-saving measures and efficiency drives, but the execution feels a bit chaotic. It's tough when you're trying to focus on your work but there's so much flux around you.
