Hey everyone, Just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling a bit uneasy around Estee Lauder right now. Performance review season is coming up, and with the general economic climate and some recent whispers in the industry, I'm starting to get a little anxious about what it might mean for us. Has anyone heard any rumblings internally, or noticed any shifts in management's tone during town halls or team meetings? It feels like there's a bit more pressure to justify roles lately, and I'm wondering if it's just me or if others are sensing it too. I'm feeling it too. It's definitely a more tense atmosphere than usual leading up to reviews. I've been trying to focus on my contributions and keep detailed records of my achievements, hoping that speaks for itself. Trying not to get too caught up in the 'whispers' but it's hard not to feel a bit on edge.

Totally understandable. While I haven't heard anything concrete, there's a definite sense of heightened scrutiny. I've been making sure my current projects are well-documented and that I'm clearly communicating my impact. It's always a stressful time, but this year feels amplified. Fingers crossed for positive outcomes for everyone.
