Hi all, I've got an upcoming interview with Eversource for a [mention general role type, e.g., project management, engineering, customer service] position in the coming weeks. I've been scouring the usual sites, but would love to hear from anyone who's interviewed there recently. What's the process generally like? Are there multiple rounds? Any specific types of questions I should prepare for – behavioral, technical, situational? I'm particularly interested in understanding the company culture from an interviewer's perspective, and what they're looking for in candidates. Any tips on how to best showcase my skills and fit for Eversource would be greatly appreciated. Trying to do my homework and make the best impression possible. Thanks in advance!

I interviewed with them a few months back for an engineering role. It was a pretty standard process: an initial HR screening, then a technical interview with a hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with a few team members. They definitely focused on behavioral questions about teamwork and problem-solving, so be ready to share specific examples. Good luck!

I can't speak to recent experiences, but when I interviewed a couple of years ago, it was a multi-stage process. They really dug into my understanding of the industry and how I'd handle specific challenges relevant to the role. Brush up on current energy trends and be prepared to talk about how your skills align with their mission.
