Eversource - Anyone else feeling the job insecurity?

Hey everyone, Been with Eversource for a few years now in [Department/Role - e.g., Engineering]. Lately, the atmosphere feels... different. We've had a few 'restructuring' meetings, and while nothing concrete about layoffs has been announced, there's a definite sense of unease. Projects seem to be slowing down, and there's less hiring happening than usual. I've also noticed a few internal transfers that feel more like people being shifted around to fill gaps rather than strategic moves. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any insights into what might be going on behind the scenes? Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which just adds to the anxiety. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard when you're constantly wondering if your role is safe. Curious to hear if others are feeling the same pressure or if it's just my department/location.
