Yeah, I've definitely felt that stretch. Seems like the same amount of work is being asked for with fewer resources, and the pressure to meet deadlines is intense. It's hard not to feel burnt out when you're constantly juggling priorities and seeing projects get delayed anyway. The communication from management about these changes hasn't been very clear, which adds to the frustration. I've seen more tired faces around the office lately, for sure. It's good that you're bringing this up, hopefully it sparks a more open conversation.
I can relate to that feeling. There's a palpable sense of overwhelm, and it feels like the company is trying to do more with less, which inevitably leads to people being spread too thin. The constant push for efficiency without addressing the underlying resource constraints is a recipe for burnout. It would be helpful to understand the bigger picture and what the long-term plan is to manage these workloads more sustainably. Morale definitely takes a hit when people feel like they're just running on fumes.
