Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Eversource is feeling a bit uneasy lately. With the general economic slowdown, I've been keeping an eye out for any signs or whispers about potential restructuring or cutbacks. Haven't heard anything concrete, which is good, but the quiet is almost louder sometimes, you know? Just hoping for some transparency or at least a general sense of direction from leadership. I'm right there with you. It's that unsettling feeling of not knowing what's coming next. The economic climate is definitely a cause for concern, and it's natural to start wondering about job security when things feel uncertain. I've been listening for any official word, but so far, it's just been the usual corporate communication. Hopefully, leadership will provide some clarity soon to ease everyone's minds. Totally feel the same way. The silence from management on future plans can be pretty unnerving, especially with everything going on in the wider economy. It's hard not to speculate when there's no clear communication. I keep telling myself that if there were major changes planned, we'd hear something, but that little voice of doubt is still there. Just want to know we're on solid ground. Fingers crossed for some positive updates down the line.
