Eversource Energy - Any rumblings on the horizon?

Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter in other utility forums about potential workforce reductions or 'reorganizations' due to market conditions and rising interest rates. I'm currently at Eversource and while there haven't been any official announcements or whispers from management, I'm curious if anyone else is hearing anything or noticing any signs? Things feel stable from my end, but you never know with these big companies. Just trying to get a pulse on the situation and prepare mentally, if nothing else. Anyone in different departments or regions seeing or hearing anything unusual? Share any info you have, even if it's just speculation or an odd feeling. Trying to stay ahead of the curve. I haven't heard any concrete rumors about workforce reductions at Eversource, but it's definitely a valid concern given the broader economic climate. Utility companies, even large ones like Eversource, aren't immune to market shifts. It's wise to stay informed and prepared for any eventuality, even if things seem stable for now. Interesting you're picking up on that chatter. While my department at Eversource hasn't seen or heard anything suggesting layoffs or major reorganizations, I can understand the anxiety. Big companies often have internal shifts that aren't widely broadcast. I'm hoping it's just market noise, but staying aware of potential changes is always a smart move.
