Hey everyone, been seeing some odd chatter on internal comms channels and with some colleagues. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but there's a definite buzz about potential restructuring or 'efficiency drives' across Exelon. It feels a bit like the calm before a storm, if that makes sense. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if it's just my department or something broader. I know we're a big utility and there are always internal shifts, but this feels... different. More purposeful, maybe? Just want to be prepared if something's brewing. I've heard similar murmurs myself. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's driving it, but the 'efficiency' talk has definitely been circulating more than usual.
