Hey everyone, throwing this out there anonymously. Has anyone else at Exelon been feeling a bit… uncertain lately? I haven't seen any official announcements or rumors about actual layoffs, but there's definitely a weird vibe in some departments. Been hearing whispers about "efficiency reviews" and "strategic realignments," which usually don't mean much, but combined with the general economic climate, it's hard not to get a little antsy. Been at the company for a few years now and it's always felt pretty stable, but things seem to be shifting. Anyone else picking up on this, or am I just overthinking it? Curious to hear what others are hearing or feeling, especially from different divisions.
