Exelon - Anyone hearing about restructuring rumors?

Alright, throwing this out there to the Exelon crowd. I've been picking up some chatter through the grapevine about potential restructuring on the horizon. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, just a lot of hushed conversations and a general feeling of things being in flux. Supposedly some divisions might be consolidated or leadership roles adjusted. It's making it hard to plan or feel settled. Has anyone else heard anything more substantial, or is this just the usual office gossip cycle? Trying to separate noise from potential reality here.
