Exelon: Anyone else feeling the pinch in their department?

Hey everyone, seeing a lot of chatter on here and some subtle shifts at Exelon that have me a bit on edge. We haven't had any official announcements, but there's this general feeling of 'efficiency' being pushed hard. Budgets seem tighter, and projects that felt solid a few months ago are now being re-evaluated with a fine-tooth comb. My manager's been a bit cagey when asked about future headcount, just giving vague answers about 'optimizing resources'. Anyone else in IT, Operations, or elsewhere noticing similar things? Is this just the usual end-of-year budget tightening, or is there something bigger brewing that isn't being communicated? Trying to gauge if I should be updating my resume proactively or if this is just normal corporate churn.
