Exelon: Feeling the pressure - is it just me or is workload increasing?

Lately, it feels like my workload at Exelon has gone through the roof. Projects piling up, deadlines getting tighter, and fewer people to help get things done. I'm not sure if it's just my team or if this is a broader trend across the company. We've had some departures recently, and it feels like those responsibilities have just been absorbed by the remaining staff. I'm finding it harder to keep up without sacrificing quality, and honestly, the stress is starting to get to me. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a sign of things to come, like budget cuts leading to smaller teams, or just a temporary surge? Trying to understand if this is the new normal or if things might ease up. It's tough to stay motivated when you feel like you're constantly drowning. Curious to hear if others are feeling the same squeeze.

I'm right there with you. It feels like the same story on my end. We've lost a couple of key people, and the remaining team is stretched incredibly thin. Deadlines that used to be manageable now seem almost impossible to hit without working late pretty much every day. I'm starting to worry about burnout, and it's definitely impacting my ability to focus. It's good to know I'm not alone in feeling this way, but it's also concerning if this is a widespread issue.

Totally understand where you're coming from. The feeling of being swamped is definitely present here too. It seems like there's less buffer for unexpected issues, and when something does come up, it throws everything else into chaos. I've noticed a similar pattern with fewer resources available, making it tough to balance everything effectively. Hopeful things will settle down soon, but for now, it's a constant juggling act.
