Has anyone else heard chatter about potential reorganizations within Exelon? I'm not talking about outright layoffs specifically, but more like restructuring or consolidation. My team has been a bit unsettled with managers being cagey about future plans. There’s talk of some roles potentially being shifted or consolidated, and it's creating a lot of uncertainty. It feels like management is holding cards close to their chest, which is never a good sign. If anyone has any concrete information or has been part of similar discussions, I'd appreciate any insight. Just trying to prepare myself and my colleagues for whatever might be coming down the pipeline. Trying to stay positive but the silence is deafening.

I've heard similar whispers too, though nothing concrete. My department has also noticed increased vagueness from leadership regarding upcoming projects and team structures.
