Hey everyone, just wanted to check in and see if anyone else is feeling a bit... uncertain lately at Exelon? Been hearing a lot of buzz about 'optimization' and 'streamlining' in different departments, and it's making me a little nervous about job security. My team hasn't seen any direct impact yet, but the general atmosphere feels a bit tense. Is it just me, or are others seeing similar signs? Trying to get a sense of the broader picture. Any insights or even just commiseration would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm picking up on the same undercurrent. Conversations in the breakroom often steer towards these buzzwords, and while nothing's concrete for my group either, you can't help but feel a subtle shift. It's that classic pre-restructuring unease, where everyone's trying to read between the lines. Hopefully, it's just standard operational adjustments and not a precursor to anything more significant. Keeping my head down and focusing on deliverables for now, but it's definitely a topic on a lot of people's minds.

Totally get where you're coming from. The 'optimization' talk has been circulating for a while now, and it does create a bit of a nervous energy.
