Thinking about my role at Exelon - anyone else re-evaluating?

Lately, I've been having some serious thoughts about my position here at Exelon. It's not tied to any specific layoff news (as far as I know), but more about the general atmosphere and where things seem to be heading. The workload feels heavier, and there's been a lot of talk about streamlining processes, which sometimes translates to headcount. I've been with the company for a while, and usually, things are pretty stable. But I'm starting to wonder if it's time to dust off the resume and see what else is out there, just in case. Anyone else feeling this way or actively looking? Curious to hear if others are seeing similar trends or have made similar decisions. Trying to stay positive but also pragmatic about the future.

Yeah, I've been feeling that too. The 'streamlining' talk definitely has a way of making you nervous, even when there's no official word. It's like a low hum of uncertainty in the background. Makes you wonder if your current role is as secure as it used to be, or if the goal is just to do more with less. Definitely makes you think about options outside the company, just to have a backup plan ready. It's smart to stay aware of the shifts, even if nothing concrete is happening yet.
