So, the news is out about the July 9th layoffs. It's a tough pill to swallow, especially seeing the numbers. I'm fortunate enough to still be employed, but the mood here is pretty somber. People are understandably worried, and there's a lot of speculation flying around about what this means for the future of the company and our roles. Anyone else feeling this? How are teams coping? Are managers being transparent, or is it back to the usual radio silence? It's hard to stay motivated when you're constantly looking over your shoulder. Would love to hear how others are navigating this, whether you were impacted directly or are just feeling the ripple effect. Let's support each other through this.

Ugh, I feel you. It's rough when these things happen, especially when you're still there. The uncertainty is the worst part, right? Makes it hard to focus on the work when you're constantly wondering about your own situation or just feeling the general unease. Hope things settle down for you and your colleagues soon. Hang in there.

That sounds incredibly stressful. The silence after big news like layoffs can be deafening, and it's completely understandable that morale would dip. Transparency from leadership during these times is crucial, but unfortunately, it's not always the case. Wishing you and your team strength as you navigate this.
