Anyone else feeling the FICO pressure lately?

Hey everyone, been at FICO for a few years now and things have been pretty solid, but lately, there's been a weird vibe. Management's been really tight-lipped about upcoming projects and there's a lot of talk about 'streamlining' and 'efficiency gains'. Doesn't feel like the usual buzz, you know? Meetings are shorter, people seem a bit more on edge. Just wondering if anyone else in the company is picking up on this? It's not like there's been any official news, but the whispers are definitely getting louder. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to read into things. Any similar experiences or insights would be appreciated. Trying to stay positive but definitely a bit anxious about what might be brewing.

I'm hearing similar things. The 'efficiency' talk definitely feels like code for something else. It's hard to ignore when the usual open communication channels seem to be drying up. Been here a while and this feels different. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and not indicative of bigger changes down the line.

Totally. The shift in atmosphere is palpable. Used to be more collaborative and now it feels like everyone's just trying to keep their head down. The 'streamlining' buzzwords are definitely raising eyebrows. Let's hope it leads to positive changes and not the opposite.
