Anyone else feeling the pressure at FICO lately?

Hey everyone, been lurking for a bit and seeing some chatter, but wanted to post to see if others are feeling a shift at FICO. It's been a bit tense around here lately, with a lot of talk about restructuring and resource optimization. Not seeing any official announcements, but the vibe has definitely changed. Project scopes seem to be tightening, and there's a lot more scrutiny on budgets and headcount. Feels like things are being re-evaluated across the board. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard not to get a little anxious when there's this underlying current of uncertainty. Anyone else experiencing this? Curious to hear if it's just my department or a broader FICO thing. Trying to gauge the overall mood.

I've definitely noticed a shift too. The whispers about optimization and re-evaluation have been hard to ignore. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, and I'm curious to see what, if anything, comes of it all. Trying to focus on delivering strong results and adapting to whatever changes might be on the horizon. Hopeful for clarity soon.

Yeah, the atmosphere has felt different. More focus on efficiency and tighter controls, for sure. It's understandable given the market, but it does create a bit of a hum of anxiety. Keeping my head down and doing the work, but definitely looking forward to some concrete information instead of just speculation.
