Anyone else feeling the pressure with Q3 reviews coming up?

Hey everyone, just checking in to see if anyone else is feeling the heat lately at FICO. Performance reviews are on the horizon and it feels like the bar has been raised significantly. I've been seeing a lot more individual metrics being highlighted in team meetings and it's starting to make me a bit uneasy, especially with the general tech climate. My manager has been asking for more detailed breakdowns of my contributions and it's not just about hitting targets anymore, it's about the 'how' and 'why' behind them. It feels like they're building a case for something, or maybe I'm just being paranoid. Has anyone else experienced this shift? Is this a company-wide thing or specific to certain departments? Trying to gauge if this is just my team or a broader trend. Any advice on how to navigate this would be appreciated. Trying to stay positive but it's tough when you feel like you're constantly under a microscope.

Yeah, totally feel this. It's definitely ramped up here lately. The focus on individual contributions and the detailed 'how' is new, and honestly, a little stressful. I'm trying to document everything and be ready to articulate my value, but it's a lot to juggle on top of the actual work. Fingers crossed it all shakes out okay.

I've noticed that too. Feels like they're really emphasizing measurable impact this year. It's good to be recognized for hard work, but the increased scrutiny can be a bit much, especially when you're already putting in the hours. Just gotta stay focused and make sure the results speak for themselves. Good luck to everyone!
